• Improve your ability to deal with crises, change, loss, trauma and  feelings.

• Reduce your symptoms of depression, anxiety, mania or PTSD.

• Make changes in relationships with others; learn what is not working for you and what you deserve.

Bio:
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of WA and a National Certified Counselor (NCC). I have a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology from Antioch University. I have been in private practice for 10 years and worked in community mental health prior to that.

My experience includes working with:
Depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, trauma/abuse recovery (including Sexual abuse), GLBT issues, loss & grief, illness/chronic pain, HIV/AIDS, relationship/separation/divorce issues, life changes/transitions, and work stress.
