Practice Philosophy:
I have found that we often try particular solutions to resolve our problems and when these attempts fail we try even harder with the same solution. Therapy can be a resource to expand the solutions you use whether that means learning new skills, expanding the skills you are using, or identifying what is getting in the way and not allowing you to live the life you desire.

Deborah is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Washington. In addition, she teaches at Seattle Pacific University in the Marriage and Family Therapy Master’s Program. She is a state approved Marriage and Family Therapy supervisor and offers consultations for mental health professionals. Deborah is a clinical member of the American and Washington Associations of Marriage and Family Therapy. She is dedicated to improving the effectiveness of her work through continued education and peer consultations.
